"I have worked with different therapists throughout my life and for the most part it was helpful but was not life changing. I met Keri in 2017 and have been working with her ever since. Her guidance and expertise in trauma has been more helpful than I ever imagined it could be. She walks me through the hard work it takes to recover with patience and a sensitive authority. I understand my past and present self so much better and because of her I am living a full life with confidence, decreased anxiety, and more regulated emotions. If you are struggling and have the opportunity to work with Keri please do it. She has truly saved my life and it makes me excited to think about how many others could benefit from her help just as I am."

ABOUT

I have always been aware of my undeniable passion for individual counseling, which is why I began my private practice in 2016. I want to offer people a way to live their lives effectively in the present. What does that mean? It means making wise decisions that help us feel a sense of congruence about the life we are living.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider. I have been working in mental health and substance abuse for the past 20 years. Over the years I have worked in vocational programs, drug and violence prevention programs, intensive outpatient treatment, and residential treatment.

I understand that entering into counseling stimulates a variety of thoughts and emotions. We question how long we will have to go, how much it will cost us, whether I will have to talk about things that I don’t want to talk about, and the fear of…what if nothing changes? I would be happy to discuss these and any other questions with you.
